Our great flatmate is sadly moving out to live with her boyfriend and we are looking for someone to take over her room in our lovely flat. We are looking for a young proffesional who is neat and tidy, while also being up for a laugh. Being into board games is a bonus!

About the room/flat:

Double room with a desk, which has lots of natural light. It has a large buit-in wardrobe with shelves and well as room for under bed storage.

The room comes with the bed, desk, desk chair, two small chest of drawers (one in-built), large in-built wardrobe and shelves .

The adjacent bathroom would be solely yours and is very spacious. It has a shower bath (good water pressure) as well as a large counter space and towel rack.

Kitchen has a dishwasher, a washing machine, a fridge freezer and an electric hob along with ample storage space. There is also a shared built-in wardrobe by the front door for extra storage.

The large shared living room is a lovely space to relax. It has plenty of storage space for books and drinks.

The flat is on the second floor of a modern new build with quiet neighbours and even a space to store your bike downstairs if needed. It gets lots of light in the summer, and is very well insulated in the winter. It has under floor heating, but this is rarely needed.

Move in date flexible between the 9th and 23rd August, but ideally earlier.

Extremely convenient for commuting into central London given the access to the Piccadilly, Victoria, and Thameslink.

5-10 mins walk from Lidl, Morrisons, Waitrose, and Iceland.

There is a lovely cafe on the ground floor of the building and lots of green spaces close by (e. g. Highbury Fields and Finsbury Park).

Perfect for Arsenal fans (5 mins away), but the stadium is rarely an inconvenience.

About us:

I (Katie, 25) am finishing a masters and I am aiming to work in the museum sector and Timothy (26) is a commercial lawyer. We met at university and have been together for 6 years. We've been living here with our flatmate for 2.5 years and really love the area.

I enjoy all crafts, mostly crochet and sewing and I am a homebody but love a good pub garden.

Timothy enjoys rock climbing and interesting trips abroad (our last 3 adventures were Romania, Tunisia, and Georgia).
