Ayooo, it's Andy and Harriet here and weee are on the hunt for a third person to join us on the lease and live with us from mid August!

We're dope flatmates - both kiwi, pretty clean, social, respectful. Lots of shit talk. Will often have a boardgames night or smth 😎

Current flatmate is relocating to Spain (jealous!) so her room is available for viewing.

Room is furnished with bed and wardrobe. Also has old flatties shelves and drawers, so we can chat options there if you want those because I don't think they'll fit in their luggage!

N7 postcode near Jolenes cafe on Hornsey Road, walk to Finsbury Park, Arsenal or Upper Holloway tube stations.

WFH setup available, huge roof terrace, mezzanine floor, great sun, coloured lighting, heaps of plants - you get the vibe.

Expenses come to £146 per month and we also take turns paying for a cleaner every two weeks (so six weeks per person), which is £54 each time. We have a splitwise for the basics.
