Large Double Room for Rent

Our lovely flatmate is moving West, so we are looking for someone to take her lovely room. It’s large, light and has been well loved for the past four years.

Our flat is bright, airy, high ceilings and decorated by former art students. I have lived here for four years and loved it. The area is busy, loud but lively and full of life. Right in the middle of Highbury and Islington and Finsbury Park, with Holloway Road tube ten minutes walk, it’s so well connected to all parts of London.

I work from home full time and my other flatmate is in the office full time. We are looking for someone clean, respectful and up for a last minute pint on a Friday afternoon at one of the many locals on the road.

We also have a resident landlord friendly cat called Nala. A former stray turned north London princess, she will watch from the window and chirp politely for treats.

Ideal move in date is middle - end of August. We are firming the exact date with our landlord, but would want someone confirmed by end of July, to give them time to draw up contracts.
