All bills, council tax and TV subscriptions are included in the rent.

We're flexible about the rental arrangement and are happy to agree a notice period that works for both parties.

We're also open to short-term agreements.

Rent is negotiable for the right person.

We're flexible on the move-in date, although ideally we'd like someone in place by the end of September.

⚠️ A COUPLE OF THINGS TO KNOW

The Emirates Stadium (Arsenal) is at the end of our street, so the road becomes pedestrianised around home matches. The area can therefore be busier on match days.

There is building work happening in the development so there is likely to be some noise between approximately 8:30am and 3pm, Monday to Friday.

There is no building work in the evenings or at weekends.

For this reason, we'd ideally suit someone who works from an office during the day, rather than someone working from home throughout the week.

👋 ABOUT US

We're Kat and Ian, a couple in our 40s. We want to maintain a London base but spend quite a lot of time up north with family, which is why we're looking for a lodger who will look after and enjoy our home while we're away.

When we're in London, we enjoy:

*Playing netball
*Going to the gym
*Eating good food and trying new restaurants
*Seeing friends

Ian works in IT and Kat is an Airbnb Superhost and juggles a lot of logistics!

🤝 WHO WE THINK WOULD FIT WELL

We're looking for a relaxed, considerate professional who will treat the apartment as their home.

We're particularly looking for someone who is considerate about:

Keeping shared spaces reasonably tidy
Noise and general household etiquette
Kitchen timings

We're open to occasional shared dinners and Movie nights.

Kat loves food and any form of pasta; Ian hates onions!

TV wise we're into HBO dramas (House of Dragon, The Pitt), wholesome comedies (Ted Lasso, Shrinking) and old school box sets (Deadwood, The Wire).
We're often behind on our viewing so the most important quality from a house mate is someone who won't spoil an ending!!
