Double, Ensuite room in well connected Zone 2 Flat

Our home is modern and comfortable 2nd floor apartment (with lift) —nestled within a friendly, secure gated development.

We're looking for a lodger to look after our home as we are away most of the time. The room is a spacious double room with King Bed and is furnished with bedside tables, a chest of drawers and a built in double wardrobe. It has a private ensuite bathroom with a luxourious rainfall shower, heated towel rail and underfloor heating. You would also have access to the shared open plan kitchen/living room with neff kitchen appliances, breakfast bar, dining table and a communal workstation with extra screen and standing desk functionality.

It would suit a professional with an office to work from during the week as the development is currently under scaffolding with likely noise between 8.30am and 3pm Monday to Friday. No building work occurs during the evenings or weekends.

The Emirates stadium (Arsenal) is at the end of our street and our street becomes pedestrianised for Home Games so you need to be aware of match days to avoid any unexpected disruption.

All bills and council tax are included in the rent. We are flexible with move in dates and are open to short term agreements.

We are Kat and Ian, a couple who have been together for 15 years and have lived in this flat for over 10 years. Family commitments (parents) keep us away from London but when we're in town we like to make the most of the city. We're both netballers and spend a lot of time at the courts or in the pub afterwards. Ian works in central London and when we're home we like to chill with good food and an episode of something. Current favourites are Shrinking, House of Dragon and Ted Lasso. Kat loves any form of pasta and Ian hates onions!
