We're looking for someone to join us on the lease from 20th August 🏠

A bit about us: we're easygoing, clean, social, and respectful. We enjoy hanging out together but also respect each other's space. You'll find us playing board games, chilling, or preparing for the next holiday!

Rent is split equally between the three of us at £1000/month. Bills are £145 and deposit is 5 weeks equiv.

Comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe, and bedside table. The drawers and shelving unit can also stay if you'd like them.

Flat is just by Jolene on Hornsey Road (arguably the best coffee and pastries around). We're above a yoga studio and roughly the same walking distance to Finsbury Park, Arsenal, and Upper Holloway stations.

We have a dedicated WFH setup, huge roof terrace, mezzanine level, loads of natural sunlight, colour-changing lightbulbs and plenty of plants 🌿

It's got a really warm, creative, homely feel.
