My flatmate is moving out, so we’re looking for someone to take over her lovely, extra-large room from the start of Sep/end of Aug❤️‍🔥

The room is super sunny and comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, two bedside tables, and has plenty of space!

You’ll be living with me and one other lovely girl. We’re both working in London & in our mid-20s and are looking for a girl who is super friendly & clean! ❤️‍🔥

The flat is a gorgeous, fully furnished three-bedroom second-floor apartment on Holloway Road. It’s in a great location, close to Lidl, Morrisons, Waitrose, and lots of other shops, cafés and restaurants. It has a spacious living/dining area, well-equipped kitchen, renovated bathroom, and separate laundry room. Our landlord is also very responsive.

💷 Rent: £1250 per month (excluding bills)

🧾 Bills: Around £100–£150 per month, depending on the time of year

🔑 Deposit: 5 weeks
