Urgant Tenant Needed

Hello, I am looking for a tenant to take over my room at the IQ Arcade. I would like to move closer to my school so I am trying to get rid of this school. The contract is 44 weeks and it is £249 a week. It is in a good location with Holloway Road station 8-10 mins away by walk and bus stops 5 mins away. There are multiple shops like Lidl and Starbucks opposite the accommodation, making it super convenient for food shopping. London Metropolitan University is also down the road. This room is also nearly refurbished so you will be the first tenant to have stayed in that room. It comes with its own sink in the room and lots of wardrobe storage, a large desk, mirror and able to lift the bed for even more storage. There is also a very kind receptions and laundry room. There is also free coffee, tea and hot chocolate available. Bathrooms are shared however there are 2 toilets and 2 showers.
