I’m moving out of my flat and looking for someone to take over my room. The flat is currently home to two working professionals - one in consultancy and the other works in fashion ecommerce. We’re looking for a new housemate to join our lovely 3BHK apartment, just a 3‑minute walk from the tube station.

The available room is a good sized single room with a bathroom shared with one other tenant. We usually have an external cleaner come once a month, and the bathroom is generally kept clean and tidy.

Rent & Utilities:
Rent for the room is £744 per month, excluding utilities. Deposit is £1000
One off tenancy change fees £50
Bills are split equally among the three tenants.
