Small double room in friendly Holloway houseshare

1 small room available in a flat with 3 other lovely flatmates. The room is small, but has a double bed, big window, and room for clothes in a wardrobe.

It's on the top floor of the flat, along with the shared living room, dining space, and kitchen (with a washer and dryer). On the lower level is the bathroom and rooms of the
other 3 flatmates.

The house has a positive creative energy and everyone is often busy doing their own thing but we all like to make time for friendly chats when not working freelance in acting and producing ⬇️
Mairead is 26, Welsh, and works in freelance documentary producing
Amaru and Carli are 29, English, and work as actors and in the film industry

There is also 1 shy but friendly cat living in the flat! We often share produce and make meals for each other, so someone who is keen for friendly, communal living would be a good fit for the flatshare - especially if vegan or vegetarian, but not required.

It's extremely well located, just a 2 min walk from Holloway Road station on the Piccadilly Line, and about a 10 min walk from Highbury & Islington Station with connections to the Victoria line and the Windrush and Mildmay overground lines.

There are plenty of amenities nearby along Holloway Road, like an Aldi just a couple blocks away.

The monthly rent comes to £600. Bills are not included but come to about £110 a month. No deposit needed!

Looking for someone from around October 8th, but the exact date is not 100% confirmed yet as I am still in the process of finalizing my place in a new room I’m moving to, but hopefully can confirm an exact date very soon!
