Hey everyone! 👋🏻 I’m looking for someone to take over one of the rooms in a great Highbury flat, available immediately.

You’d be living with me (Scott, 34M, Australian), I've been living in London for about a year and a half. I work full-time and am a pretty easy-going, social guy who enjoys basketball 🏀, hiking, pub trips, board games, walks, beers and generally making the most of London.

🛏️ ROOM 1

The room is huge by London standards. It a loft style room with a king-size bed, double wardrobe and loads of space for your own furniture. There’s easily room for a chest of drawers, desk, bedside tables etc. without feeling cramped.

🛌 ROOM 2

Decent sized double room at the rear of the flat. Big windows to let some sun in and plenty of privacy. Built in double wardrobe and chest of drawers included.

🚿 YOUR OWN BATHROOM

As there are two bathrooms in the flat, you will have your own private bathroom with shower + toilet.

🏠 THE FLAT

The flat consists of a fully furnished shared living space including a kitchen, a seperate dining area and also a lounge room. A nice space to hang out, cook, watch TV or have a few drinks. The master bedroom and bathroom are located upstairs, with the second bed and bath downstairs.

🐶 AND THERE’S A DOG!

You’ll also get a part-time flatmate in the form of Hurley, a very sweet 11-year-old German Shepherd x Maremma 🐕 . He’ll spend roughly half his time here and half his time with his other human, so you get all the dog cuddles without the full-time responsibility 🥰

The location is hard to beat:

• 3 mins to Drayton Park station

• 8 mins to Holloway Road (Piccadilly Line)

• 12 mins to Highbury & Islington (Victoria Line + Overground)

• 5-10 mins to Highbury Fields

• ~10 mins to Upper Street and all the restaurants, bars and pubs of Islington

• Loads of supermarkets, gyms, cafes, restaurants and shops within walking distance
