I’m unfortunately looking for someone to take over my tenancy as I’ll be moving out in November after finding a flat with some friends!

The room is a Bronze single room on the 6th floor, with plenty of storage space for its size and a private washbasin in the room. The flat has two shared bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for day-to-day cooking.

One of the best things about the flat is the atmosphere. The flatmates are genuinely lovely, friendly and easygoing. Everyone gets along really well, and it feels more like living with friends than just sharing a flat, making it a really welcoming place to live!

💶 Rent: £259 per week, with all bills included!

🚎 Great location and transport links. The accommodation is really well connected to central London:

* Holloway Road Station (Piccadilly Line): around a 5-minute walk.

* Tufnell Park Station (Northern Line): around a 15-minute walk.

* Bus stops right outside the residence, with routes including the 17, 21 and 91, making it easy to get around London.

🎓 Student eligibility and Council Tax

Please note that this accommodation is for university students only. The incoming tenant will need to provide a valid student status certificate to confirm their eligibility for the Council Tax exemption, subject to the relevant requirements.

I’m sad to be leaving, but I’ve found a place with friends and unfortunately have to move out. I’d love for someone else to enjoy the room and the flat as much as I have!
