Single Room on Holloway Road

We’re looking for a new flatmate to join us in our bright, modern three-bedroom flat, just off Holloway Road.

The room comes with a bed and mattress, desk and chair, and wardrobe. It has a large window overlooking the communal courtyard. There’s a spacious shared kitchen and living room where we cook, relax and hang out, plus a washer/dryer. You’ll share a bathroom with one other flatmate. The building also has a gym that’s free for residents to use and a concierge who accepts deliveries and parcels.

You’ll be living with two of us: I work in tech, and the other flatmate is a university lecturer. We’re a social household and often hang out together, so we’d like someone who enjoys that atmosphere. We’re considerate and respectful of the shared spaces, and we’re looking for someone with a similar approach.

Holloway Road station is a short walk away, and Highbury & Islington station is about a 10 minute walk, with lots of shops, cafes and places to eat nearby. Highbury Fields and Upper Street are also within walking distance.
