Bright, Furnished Double Room in Homerton Flat

Searching for a lovely new flatmate to take over my room for a 1 year sublet (with potential to extend) in our cosy, clean and welcoming flat.

- Move in date of 01 November 2026
- Rent (and bills) are £1130 per month
- Room is furnished, includes double bed, wardrobe, large chest of drawers, large mirror and shelving.

The Room: Bright and airy, this large double room is neutral (white paint, grey carpet), and comes fully furnished. The rest of the flat is fully furnished and was recently redecorated. You’ll also have your own private balcony (however this is currently under construction and having new flooring laid!) ☀️

The Flat: We’re on the second floor of a modern building based in a complex just off a main road, with lift access. The flat is well maintained and includes all modern amenities including washer-dryer, gas oven, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher.

The kitchen-living area is large with a comfy sofa and TV, plus a dining area. Kitchen is well equipped, with lots of items for shared use, including glasses, crockery, cutlery - all of which is matching if that’s important to you! Additionally there is a Ninja food processor and blender, coffee machine, toastie machine, slow cooker etc that you are free to use.

There is one shared bathroom with shower/bath/toilet plus an additional toilet.

Flatmates: my wonderful flatmates Mati (27) and Helen (28) would love to find an easy going flatmate to live alongside. They are pretty independent but do enjoy a trip to the cinema, a picnic in Victoria park, staying active and chit chatting in the kitchen and would love to find someone with a similar energy, who would like to get involved but still values their own time and space.


We really prioritise living in a clean environment, and would like to live with someone that is as enthusiastic about this as we are! We work off a weekly cleaning schedule, and occasionally hire our cleaner Geo when we’re too busy (costs around £18 p/p).
Transport: Roughly a 8 minute walk to Homerton Station, with many bus routes including the 488 (Dalston - Bow) which stops right outside the flat, along with the W15, 30, 26, 276, 236 and 308 which stop a 3 minute walk away. Zone 2.

The Area: We’re in close proximity to the hospital, convenience stores, a doctors surgery (literally attached to the building), a library, takeouts, and a couple of really great pubs. Victoria Park is a 6 minute walk away, and we’re also close to Hackney Marshes. If you’re new to the area, I’ll be more than happy to give you further details or show you around!

Rent includes all bills - but please note that any energy/rent price increases are not included (and normally take place around April).
