We’re looking to sublet a room in our 4-bed (1 of the bedroom is taken over by my flatmate for his storage, so we are only 3 ppl living), 1-bath house in Homerton (E9), as I am travelling. The room is available for £1000/month including all bills - council tax, WiFi, gas, electricity and bi-weekly cleaner. Available from 11 July to mid Feb (flexible with the dates)

The Room:
The room is facing the high-street and is quite spacious and comfortable. Lots of natural light. And I’ll be leaving my furniture/books behind.

Housemates:
You’ll be sharing with two Swiss housemates
• Male (34) – architectural lighting designer, working full-time.
• Female (27) – filmmaker, often away for shoots.

They’re both super chill and friendly. Love to watch movies, cook dinners at home, and always fun to hangout

Location:
The flat is on the first floor of the building (no lift). The area is very well-connected with many bus lines that stop right at the building. The house is a short walk from Homerton overground station (4 min) and a 15 min walk from Hackney Central. Close to Here East (10 min by bus). A short walk from Hackney Marshes, London Fields, Broadway Market, the canal, 10 minute walk from Victoria Park, and 18 minutes away from Hackney Wick.

The flat is above a supermarket, it’s very handy! You also have 2 Tesco at 10 min walk, a Co-op (5 min) and Spar (5 min).
