♡ A super cute home with lots of natural light, an outdoor patio, and an amazing nearby area to explore! ♡
The flat spreads over 2 floors. The double bedroom comes furnished with a bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers, and bookshelf. It is south-facing, so you'll get plenty of sun in the mornings!
Very spacious common areas, with a lovely living room and kitchen with a dishwasher and a new oven/ fridge. We also have an outdoor patio with a handmade pallet sofa, which also leads onto a big communal green, making it perfect for summer.
Bills and council tax (band C) are charged separately from rent, but they are very affordable, usually sitting at around £100 a head pcm overall (a bit more in the winter, a bit less in the summer).
The flat is part of Priory Court Estate and has a security gate and access to a garage. Our neighbours are the BEST; they organise regular community events (BBQ's, picnics, gardening days) and are always around to help if you need anything. The estate feels like a genuine community.
The area is amazing, less than a 5-minute walk to the overground; our road has everything from quirky cafes, organic grocery shops, and an independent cinema to little wine bars, a theatre, and a full Sunday market!
Nature-wise, we're spoilt for choice; Homerton is literally in a ring of greenery between Hackney Marshes, the canal, Victoria Park and London Fields - it's super easy to find real natural beauty here.

Please note, this advert is now run by the landlord and the current tenants (Rachel and James), who moved in at the beginning of April.
We’re Rachel and James, the current tenants and hopefully your new flatmates!
We’re lively, outgoing, and you’ll find us enjoying time outdoors all year round. While we love some live music and an evening out, we equally enjoy a good night in with a book or a film. James works in fundraising, and Rachel works in social housing, but we're both interested in all things culture and community.
We spent a while travelling before moving to London, so we aim to bring that same excitement and energy to our life in London. We moved here because of its friendly, community atmosphere, and that's what we want to continue with anyone who moves in.
We are looking for people who want to make a home, not just live in the same building. People who are friendly but respectful and mindful of others. We don't tolerate any form of racism, sexism, homophobia, or transphobia, so please only message us if you also share these values - Queer folks welcome. We ideally would like another couple to move in - we just think it's a better dynamic; but an individual with the right energy could still work!
If you are interested and want to organise a viewing, please feel free to get in touch. We would love to have a chat or a coffee to see if we would be a good fit!

Please note, it is required that any potential tenants are in full time employment (or at least one of them if they are a couple).
