The room is becoming available as our housemate Julia is moving back to Germany for a few months initially. We’re offering it as a flexible sublet to start with (minimum around two months), with the potential to extend long-term depending on how things go.

Move-in date is mid-June (around the 15th), but exact timing can be agreed.

- Sharing with 1 housemate who works in the creative industries. There is also a third room, occasionally used by our amazing, easygoing landlord, who works in the music industry. He has his own en-suite and lives with his partner most of the time.

* It's a 10/15 min walk to Homerton Overground and Hackney Wick Station (7-8 minutes to the Bath House/sauna), bus stop 2 mins away, 15 mins walk to Victoria Park, 30 mins to Stratford, 2 mins from Hackney Marshes and 8 mins to the bottom of Chatsworth Road.
