Double Room in Spacious High Street Property

Hi! We’re looking for a new flatmate for a double room in our lovely 3-bedroom flat on Homerton High Street.

We would be open to someone who could move in right away i. e. from May 18th onwards.

The flat has a big shared lounge, separate kitchen, two bathrooms, and gets lots of sun in the lounge, which makes it a really nice space to relax (and let our plants thrive) in. The shower has decent water pressure, the landlord is responsive, and we’ve genuinely enjoyed making the flat feel like home. We also have a cat, Barbie, so you’d need to be happy living with her to as she's basically the landlord too.

The location is very accessible, right on Homerton High Street, with great links nearby to Homerton Overground, bussess and plenty of shops, cafes and useful bits within easy reach. Stratford is only one stop away on the overground!

You’d be living with Robi and me as flatmates. We’re both working professionals; Robi is from Bristol and I’m originally from New Zealand, so we have had a fun time exploring London. Our current flatmate and friend is moving out, so we’re looking for someone new who is friendly, respectful, clean, and also wants to make a proper home in London rather than just somewhere to sleep.

We keep the flat clean and relaxed, and would love to find someone who is considerate, easygoing, and up for contributing to a warm home environment.
