We’re looking for someone to take over a lovely loft room in our super friendly flat in Homerton! You’d be living with two 21-year-old girls — one student studying fashion management at UAL and one graduate — both very clean, easygoing and sociable 🌞

💸 Rent:
£975pcm + bills
Bills are super reasonable as electric and water are covered by the shop below, so currently we only pay for WiFi and gas — usually under £40 each per month 🙌

* Post Office directly opposite
* Cute florist next door
* Amazing transport links around Hackney/Homerton
We also live above the loveliest two men who run an Indian-Irish small plates restaurant downstairs — they’re amazing neighbours and always happy to take parcels in if you’re out 📦

* Access to roof space which is perfect for sitting out in the sun or having drinks in warmer weather
* Super cute courtyard garden
* Slightly questionable spray paint in the garden… but that was definitely before our time 😭
