Double Room in Homerton Super Close to Station

Hello!

My lovely flatmate Max is moving out and so I am looking for someone / a couple to take over the room.

The flat itself is small but feels quite spacious, with a combined living room / kitchen, two bedrooms and a toilet. The building is really quite with a nice mix of singles and families and we've never had any issues with the neighbours. The area feels safe and the flat is set just off the high street and is a 2 minute walk to Homerton overground which is super convenient.

About me: I am a 31 and work entirely remotely. I am out alot of evenings of the week but also love staying in cooking a nice meal and watching a film. I describe myself as tidy-ish! I produce a drag show and I am a producer day to day.

Looking for: Someone I get along with as well as I did my past flatmate! The flat isnt huge and so its important to have a good relationship with understanding and tolerance! Someone who is up for chilling in the evening on occasion but largely does their own thing. Someone who will help with the communal cleaning and someone who doesnt volunteer the flat for afters (my room is next to the living room lol)

BILLS are not included but I need to get the full break down from Max as we share it all! Also if couple the room is £1200!
