My partner (Min 28, hospitality + design) and I (JC 30, arts + music) are looking for two people to join us in applying for a really unique artist built 3B1B warehouse conversion in Homerton from early September.

It’s a fully residential 3-bedroom warehouse home (licensed HMO) with around 1,200 sq ft of space, a huge open-plan living area, secure gated access, parking and lots of character. It’s two minutes from Homerton Overground and close to Chatsworth Road and Victoria Park.

We’re looking to build a calm, respectful, and creative friendly household rather than a party house. We’re hoping to find people who appreciate creative space and want somewhere that actually feels like home.

Total rent is £3,500 pcm (excluding bills). We’re happy to share the floor plan, we have attached screenshots of the room photos with labels.

Room 1: Largest room w/ outdoor window, built in desk, storage, furnished etc.

Room 2: Mezzanine w/ an internal window facing shared spaces, built in desk, storage, furnished etc.
