Modern double room, 2 mins to Homerton station

Hey everyone! We have a lovely double room going in our flat at 172 Homerton High Street. The room is a standard double. The whole place has recently been completely updated so everything is fresh, including a brand-new kitchen with all new appliances. Best of all, we actually have a proper shared living room where we can hang out, which is a massive bonus around here.

A bit about us:
- I’m Ben, I run swimming events for a charity, I work remotely outside of event season and travel for work in summer.
- Guy works in financial hospitality and works from home 2 days a week.

We are both pretty sporty, love going out to music events, and are always up for grabbing a beer together at the weekend. We keep the shared spaces clean and definitely respect each other's downtime during the week, but we really want a flatmate we can be mates with rather than just someone who hides in their room.

The location is brilliant. We are literally a two-minute walk from Homerton Overground, so getting around is dead easy. You’ve got all the best parts of Hackney right on the doorstep. Sunday market on Chatsworth Road, and amazing local pubs like The Adam & Eve. Plus, Victoria Park and Hackney Marshes are both a short walk away when we want to go for a run.

Move in date is flexible between 1st and 13th August.
