Sunny loft room with ensuite in Homerton

Hiya! I'm looking for someone to take over my tenancy in this lovely room in Homerton.

Double room with huge windows, so plenty of natural light throughout the day. Windows face north and south, so the sun isn't unbearable in the summer. Private ensuite with a toilet and sink.

The furniture in the room is mine but I'm happy to be flexible, and if you're interested in keeping it, we can discuss further. Otherwise, room can be unfurnished if preferred.

I am currently sharing with Oli (28) and Lottie (26), siblings who have lived here for a year. They're both lovely, and enjoy a chat, but are also respectful if you need to keep to yourself. They're both coffee lovers, and keep themselves busy with their many hobbies and interests such as: watching films, playing hockey, visiting cafes...

I am gutted to leave this lovely room and house, but I've been presented the opportunity to move in with some close friends. I otherwise would have stayed much longer.

The room can be available from the 28/08 onwards. Ideally looking for someone who can move in September.

900 PCM, bills not included.
