Nice first floor flat on well street, very close to well street common and victoria park; homerton station and well street Tesco's. You'd be living with Davis (30) and Fiorella (27) we are social, creative but clean and looking for someone nice, clean, fun and who wants to make the space feel like a home. Amateur Musician and English lit masters student so it'd be cool if you like either or both.
Our current flatmate leaves in October, the room is about 6 metres long and 3/4 metres wide but tapers off at one end.
Small spare room currently used as shared office / music studio room.

WiFi is £9 a month each at the moment. Gas and electric has averaged about 25 a month each for the past year. Council tax band C.
Requirement from agency: Please note they will need to be in full time employment, and earn a minimum of £24,000 per annum. Or have a suitable guarantor.
