I am looking to fill my room in a beautiful 3 bedroom flat in Homerton (available to move in from the 7th September).

Rent: £1130 (including bills)
Deposit: £650
Furnishing: bed (the frame is now a dark wood frame), wardrobe & small desk + happy to leave the small beside table if needed!

👯‍♀️ Flatmates: You will be living with one girl and one guy who are so lovely, one in their late 20s/early 30s. Liv works in event planning and Jack is musician so amazing vibes all around. They enjoy the occasional dinner together, night out or binge watching a new show 🍷📺🎵

📍Location: the flat is perfectly between Victoria Park (6 minutes walk) and Chatsworth Road (8 minute walk) is a really great location. Super well connected with the 26 & 388 bus at the bottom of the road and Homerton overground 8 - 10 minutes walk away.

The flat is beautifully decorated and has been created with care. We really stay on top of cleaning so looking someone who keeps their space clean. We occasionally will get a cleaner in which is not included in the bills but is about £17 each.
