Two Rooms Available in Gorgeous Hackney Home!

sadly two of our lovely housemates will be moving out end of October and we’ll be looking to fill the rooms around the 1st November! First room is a large en suite which is £1150 a month, located on the first floor. The second room is £850 and the room is split between a ground floor room and first floor room. The tenants before us used the ground floor as their work studio and the upstairs as their bed and my current flatmates does the reverse, but both spaces will be totally your own so can do whatever works - it’s honestly a very nice setup if you wfh a lot and want the separation!

both rooms are in a 4 bedroom house in homerton / lower clapton with 2.5 bathrooms, huge living room, and lots of storage. rooms come unfurnished with option to buy some pieces and the boys are taking some homeware and furniture but a good bit of the living space will be furnished! house also has dishwasher and washer dryer 🧼🫧

you’d be living with myself and emily, and we’re 25 and 27. we’re a social house, we often hang out in the evenings, go to the pub, and do occasional house dinners/parties/ etc. ideally looking for female flatmates but would be open to a male flatmate if we all get on 🙂
