Both come furnished with bed, wardrobe + drawers

All tenants will be on the 1 year tenancy. References required. UC accepted. Landlord has raised rent 2 times in 5 years.

Deposit is around £400 per person

Bills are approximately £140/month per person.

Cleaning is done every other week by our lovely external cleaner Aura which is £44 if you want your room cleaned, £31 if you don’t

House atmosphere;
It’s been a social house with a large living room for entertaining where we can enjoy music, films, and hosting friends occasionally, but it’s also a peaceful and chilled space.

I would love to keep a communal approach to living, cooking for each other and sharing meals now and then but not expected, and making the space feel like a real home rather than just a place to stay.

I’ve lived in London for 7 years and built up a wonderful community around me and I’d love to share this space with like minded people who enjoy creating a home together. I enjoy my personal time and would like to find people who will respect each other’s space. I’m vegan and I am happy to share the kitchen with non-vegans with separation of food and utensils.

About my routine - I am newly disabled and currently spending more time at home with Charlie the dog! He’s a hypoallergenic cavalier-poodle-bischon mix who loves walks, people and has moments of playfulness but is generally chill and very sweet/calm.

Cat:
Studying and working on community projects, keep to myself in the house but want to have a nice home vibe with occasional socialising but am busy and out of the house most of the day!
