Hey all, I’m leaving my double room - available for someone looking for affordable rent in the area - room comes unfurnished. First two months will likely be a sublet until a new lease can be re-signed in December with the current tenants at which point you will need to pass standard referencing to be completed via the agency prior to moving in.

The flat is on the 5th floor with access via a lift.

We have a large open plan kitchen-lounge area with a small balcony and lots of plants! The kitchen is well equipped with all necessary appliances, including a dishwasher. The flat comes with a main bathroom and a second toilet and two big storage cupboards.

You'll be sharing two black women in their early 30’s - one works in the wellbeing and the other works in TV & Theatre. Ideally you’d also be poc, but they are mainly looking for someone around the same age-ish, chill and clean. It’s best suited for someone who has their own life and isn’t looking for a super social household but is friendly!

The flat is 1 min walk from Homerton station and a 15 min bus ride to Stratford and Dalston. There’s a gym next door and lots of cafés, pubs, restaurants, supermarkets etc. all within walking distance of the flat!
