Double room in Homerton. Super safe residential road with families, 8 min walk to Homerton station, 5 min walk to chatsworth road, 15/ 20 mins to Hackney Central, 15 mins to Victora Park, 25 min walk to Hackney Wick so really great spot in east London.

Female only, living with 2 other girls - 27 and 28 - radiographer and graffic designer - very friendly fun girls - both have their own lives with friends so often out in the evenings and only Amy works from home 2 days a week - movie nights in - looking for someone chatty, tidy and friendly to fit in with ease over the month.

The room is on the ground floor but it looks onto a very secure garden with a big fence at the back and gardens either side with barb wire so not scary and feels very safe. There’s a down stairs toilet ( which the girls hardly use as their rooms are upstairs ) - so will be just yours to use for getting ready in the morning - additional bathroom upstairs with shared shower. Nice sized private garden, storage cupboard for a bike if you have one. I will empty and clear the chest of draws for your use, as well as a cupboard in the kitchen - all pots and pans shared so fully equips kitchen too. All open plan kitchen living dining area.
