Hi everyone! Unfortunately, our lovely housemate Liv is off to Australia for a year and we are looking to sub-let her room in this gorgeous homely flat for the year whilst she is away (with the potential to extend longer) 😊

Rent: £1130 (including bills)
Move in date: 1st/2nd November
Deposit: £650

The room is furnished and includes double bed, wardrobe, large chest of drawers, large mirror and shelving. It’s gorgeous, bright and airy and has its own small private balcony (unfortunately this is out of use at the moment for renovations).

👯‍♀️ Flatmates: You will be living with two girls Mati (27) and Helen (28) who enjoy being active, hanging out and watching TV/cooking/having a good natter in the evenings. Mati works as a scientist in the NHS and Helen works in the civil service, so we’re quite busy with work in the week and are in the office most days. We enjoy the occasional dinner together, pub night or binge watching a new show 🍷📺🎵

📍Location: the flat is perfectly between Victoria Park (6 minutes walk) and Chatsworth Road (8 minute walk) with loads of great restaurants, pubs and shops really close by. Super well connected with the 26 & 388 bus at the bottom of the road and Homerton overground 8 minute walk away.

The flat is beautifully decorated and has been created with care. We really stay on top of cleaning so looking someone who keeps their space clean. We get a cleaner every 2/3 weeks in which is not included in the bills but is about £17 each.

The flat is a well-maintained modern building and includes all modern amenities including washer-dryer, gas oven, fridge-freezer, and dishwasher. There is one large shared bathroom with shower/bath/toilet plus an additional toilet. Kitchen is well equipped, with lots of items for shared use, including glasses, crockery, cutlery - all of which is matching if that’s important to you!
