We're sadly saying farewell to 2 of our housemates, 1 moving in with their partner and 1 ready to take the leap into solo living, so we have 2 lovely double rooms available in a shared house in Homerton from November 10th (with some flex for an earlier move in for the larger room during the first week of November).

The house is only a 5 minute walk to Homerton overground station and 15 minutes walk to Hackney Central. It has a cosy communal living room, 2 bathrooms, a spacious kitchen and a huge back garden.

About Room #1:

We are ideally looking for people in their late twenties to mid thirties that are sociable, tidy, queer friendly, and looking for a house to call a home.

A little about us, the 4 bed house is home to an American gal and an Aussie guy. Madeleine, 29, is a standup comedian who loves going to see live music, and Joe, 30, (me) is your resident HR queen, who'll you catch out and about enjoying London's theatre scene.

We get on really well and love to catch up for drinks/dinners, however we equally respect each others space. We all love a party/festival and a summer BBQ in the garden but it's definitely not a party house. We like the house to be clean and tidy and stick to a cleaning roster to keep things in order.
