Dec-Feb Sublet in quaint Homerton/ Hackney flat

My wonderful Homerton/ Hackney room will be available for sublet between 13 December 2026 - 17 February 2027. Available for the full duration OR only part. I can be very flexible and the price would be reflective of this!

My usual rent per month is $865 (bills inclusive), however approx rent per month would be $626 to account for the weeks in December and Feb I will still be in the house for.

The apartment is conveniently located a very short 3 min walk to Homerton station, and is an even shorter walk to numerous bus lines taking you into the city and beyond.

The room is small-medium sized with big open windows that let in lots of natural light. Fully furnished with everything you'd need for your stay (bed, linen, towels, storage, desk and chair). The apartment also has a dryer, washing machine, Wifi and an elevator up to the apartment floor.

The room is in a safe and secure apartment block (we have lovely neighbours) and you’d be sharing with 3 great people during your stay, however they will likely be leaving the area during this time, so the house won’t be busy at all.
