2 Lovely Rooms to Rent by Honor Oak Park Station

We’re looking to rent out two bedrooms in our beautiful three-bedroom, two-bathrooms flat while we travel abroad for an extended period. We’ll be keeping one bedroom locked, so the other two bedrooms will be available to rent.

The flat has been recently renovated and combines Victorian character with a bright, modern feel. The spacious open-plan kitchen and living area gets plenty of natural light and has everything you need, including a fully equipped kitchen and dishwasher. There are two bathrooms, making the flat comfortable and practical to share.

We’ve loved making this flat our home, and we’re looking for responsible, considerate tenants who will take good care of it while we’re away.

The neighbourhood

Honor Oak Park is a lovely area with a great community feel, plenty of green spaces and easy access to some of South London’s best neighbourhoods. Peckham, Dulwich, Brockley and Forest Hill are all nearby.

You’ll find supermarkets, independent cafés, restaurants, pubs, coffee shops and local amenities right on the high street. Peckham’s lively food, cinema and nightlife scene is also within easy reach.

Transport links are excellent, with the Overground connecting you to destinations including Shoreditch, Dalston and Crystal Palace, and direct trains to London Bridge in around 10 minutes.
