👋Hi, my name is Jill. I’m an illustrator and designer looking for another professional (female preferred, aged 35-55) to share a lovely 2-bed maisonette in Honor Oak Park/Forest Hill.

🏡The flat is warm, bright, and airy, split over two levels. It has a great balcony overlooking the gardens with a terrific view of the city. A free parking space is available. We have GCH, Wi-Fi, and a good-sized kitchen for cooking.

🛏️The available room is on the upper floor, unfurnished, double-sized, with enough space for a king-sized bed. There’s inbuilt storage and room for a desk or chest of drawers.

📍 Location: 15-minute walk from Honor Oak Park station, well-served by buses, and close to Peckham, East Dulwich, and Forest Hill for shopping and socializing. Peckham Rye Park is also a short walk away.

💁🏽‍♀️ I’m sociable and creative but see home as a clean, quiet place to recharge. I value communication, respect, and personal space but would love to occasionally chat, watch films, or share a meal (I’m a keen cook!).

💻I work Monday-Friday and usually work from home 1–2 days a week.
