Hey girls!

I have a bright double room with built in wardrobe available to rent from mid July. The room is available with a bed, built in wardrobe and shelves.

📍 The flat is on a quiet road which is a 15 minute walk to both Honor Oak Park and Forest Hill overground stations.

🌞 The flat has a large open plan living room/kitchen and sun trap garden. The flat is super bright and airy with high ceilings and lots of windows.

🚙 Parking space is also available on driveway.

💸 I’m looking for someone for a year as my sister is moving out and my boyfriend plans to move in next year. The room is £800 pcm plus bills which normally work out to be an extra £210 at worst depending on the season. Deposit of £500 required.

A little about me 🙂. I’m 31 and I’m a set designer/ props stylist and I’m looking for a sociable, easy going and clean flatmate. I tend to work long days on set or from home so given the flat’s layout I’d ideally like someone who works outside the home for the majority. I enjoy going to pub, for dinner, the cinema, walks, gigs as well as evenings on the sofa crocheting and watching tv/films.

Looking for a girl who likes a chat, going to the pub but also values alone time. Ideally you’ll be in full time employment and over 27 🤍
