Cosy lovely home in Honor Oak Park

I’m moving out of my lovely room in a gorgeous flat in Honor Oak Park and looking for my replacement. The room is an excellent size with huge windows facing the street on the first floor, getting lots of light.

The flat itself is an attic conversion over two floors, shared with one other person. It is on a quiet residential road, just 5 minutes walk from Honor Oak Park station on the Windrush and Southeastern Rail Routes, as well as ten minutes walk from the P4, 171, 172 and P12 bus routes. It’s just 20 minutes walk to Peckham Rye or Hilly fields. We also have free on street parking but no parking spaces.

The flatmate, Keda, is 28, and has lived here for three years. She was raised in Spain so bonus points if you speak Spanish or come with an air fryer! She works in social media and has a cat who lives here, Milo. Milo is super cute and cuddly. Keda is super friendly and outgoing, she is looking for a flatmate who enjoys hanging out and being friends, whilst also respecting each other’s privacy. It’s not a party flat, but friends are always welcome and we have a sofa bed in the living room for guests.

Landlord is very hands off; the estate agents are responsive and handle issues quickly.

Rent is £825 monthly and an additional £143 for council tax, water, and WiFi monthly. Electricity and heating are on a meter, we take it turns to top it up when needed, working out to roughly £60 a month for both each. The deposit is £700.

I’ve really liked living here, it’s very peaceful yet had excellent connections and is in such a great area.
