A large double room with en-suite will be available from September 1st as our current flatmate is leaving London.
The room comes furnished with a double bed and mattress.
Bills are not included and usually come in at around £120 - £140 per person per month.
The flat has a lot of natural light throughout and a big, shared garden.
The closest train station is Honor Oak Park and we are a stroll away from Peckham Rye and its plethora of bars and restaurants. East Dulwich and Lordship Lane are also a nice stroll away.
The other bedrooms are occupied by Johnny and Max - Johnny works in the Arts and Max works in Languages.
