Looking for a laid back flatmate to join me and my wife in our welcoming house!

We're both working professionals who keep things chilled during the week and enjoy socialising with friends at the weekends. We're relaxed and easy going, and we'd love to find someone who is too.

There's loads of space, including two separate reception rooms and a large garden that gets plenty of sun in the summer ☀️, so you'll always have somewhere to unwind, whether you fancy company or some quiet time to yourself.

Our interests are sport, travel, film nights, cooking good food and trying out new restaurants. If you're sociable and up for the odd film night, a shared dinner or a trip to the pub, great! But we also value everyone having their own life and space, so there's no pressure to do stuff together.

You'll also be sharing the house with our two very friendly (once you get to know them) cats 🐱🐱, so animal lovers are a big plus!

📍 Location: Just a 3 minute walk from Honor Oak Park station, perfect for an easy commute.
💷 Rent: £1,200 per month, bills included. We're open to getting a cleaner, which would be split separately on top of rent, so happy to chat about what works for you.
