Double room bright Honor Oak 2 bed w/ Garden

Hi,

I'm renting a room in my flat in Honor Oak. My flatmate is going travelling so will be away from December-May.

The room is a good size (3.64m x 3.32m), with a King Size bed and built in wardrobe. The bed will have to stay of course, but happy for you to make the room your own. It's recently been painted so feels fresh and clean.

The flat itself is nice and spacious at almost 900 sq. feet, and has on street parking and a garden which I'm sure will be a massive selling point in the English winter.

It's about a 5 minute walk to Honor Oak Park overground line, and about 8-10 minutes to Crofton Park station, which is served by Thameslink taking you into Kings Cross etc.

You will be living with me, I am in the office a couple of times a week, but when I'm working from home I work in my room mostly. I've lived in plenty of house shares in my time and I'm v easy going. I've got a fairly active social life in London, love going out to eat, the theatre, gigs. I play football a few times a week blah blah.

Bills run to about 220 a month, so all in is roughly 1,020 per month.
