Double Bedroom in Big 3 Bed house in Honor Oak

A cosy room in our big house in SE London is becoming available!

While the house is unfurnished, we will be leaving furniture in this room if that is more convenient for you! what is included is a bed frame with huge drawers underneath that roll out; an ottoman that fits perfectly at the end of the bed in an alcove that is perfect for hidden storage; a wardrobe that has drawers and overhead storage, as well as some shelves that we had built in while living here.

A bit more about us and the house - Myself and Hebe have lived here for 3 years now and have really loved being here and making it a home! We have been friends for many years now, so we would love someone who is open to being friends and hanging out around the house and the area together, but we also respect and appreciate one another's alone time and space. The house has a huge open plan dining and living room, perfect for WFH and watching the telly in the evenings. there is a huge garden that we love to utilise in the summer months, and the neighbourhood around is very green and quiet, making it the perfect haven in London!

The area is well connected, being only a 10 minute walk from two Windrush Line stations, as well as buses to Brixton, Lewisham and Central London. We are also next door to Peckham and Forest Hill if you wanted to be near some lovely bars and restaurants!

The room is £700, and monthly the bills come to around £170 each month. We are council band D.
