N22 flatmate needed in a cosy spacious house

The room is a very large double room on the 1st floor floor on the Haringey ladder (zone 3) £960 inc bills pcm.

We are a bunch of friendly creative neurodiverse people (musicians and poets) who have turned a house into a home. ideally we are looking for someone with a shared creative interest to add to our collective household.

Your room is huge double room 1st floor and will include a bed, wardrobe, desk, draw unit and chair.
There are 2 WCs, 1 up stairs (with bath) and 1 downstairs (with brand new shower).
The house has a reception room downstairs and the house has a huge garden for this part of London which currently has sunflowers about 8 10 feet tall.
