Hey everyone!

I’m moving out of my room in Hornsey so we’re looking for someone to take over my room.

The room is really big, bright and spacious. I currently have a double bed, a large desk setup, two chairs and even my drum kit in there and there is still loads of space.

It gets a lot of afternoon sunlight and the light/view around sunset is especially nice.

Most of the furniture and belongings in the photos are mine and will be removed.

The room comes with two storage units/wardrobes and one bedside table.

There’s a large shared living room and a separate kitchen.

We have two fridges so you’ll have your own fridge space, plus two kitchen cupboards for your own storage.

You’ll be living with Alan upstairs and Francesco and his wife downstairs.

There will be 4 people in the house in total and the shared bills are divided between the four of you.

Sainsbury’s and Tesco are literally a couple of minutes away.

Hornsey Station is nearby and Turnpike Lane Piccadilly line is around 13–16 minutes walking or roughly 5 minutes by bus.

Bus stop is also very close.

Crouch End, local pubs, cafés and parks are all nearby.

Internet: approx £14.15 each
Council Tax: approx £59 each
Gas & electricity: variable depending on usage/season
Water: approx £70 per person depending on the billing period

I’m aiming to move out around 1 October, but it could be as late as 8 October.
