Lovely large quiet double bedroom on first floor of Victorian terraced house on the Harringay Ladder, Turnpike Lane, Hornsey N8. All bills, incl council tax are included.
This is a lovely large light and airy room with lots of storage space. The room was renovated recently with newly painted walls and floorboards. In the room there is a king size antique pine sleigh bed, a chest of drawers and bedside locker, as well as 2 large double built-in wardrobes, which contain hanging rails, a full length mirror and shelf space. The room is very bright and airy as there are two windows, which are covered with white Roman blinds, and heavier curtains are there too if you want to be able to block out the light. Both windows can be opened fully.
FYI, we are also currently renting out the ensuite loft room upstairs, see ad ref # 3060112.
There are currently 2 other occupants in the house (1 Irish guy & 1 British girl, both in their early 30's), with bedrooms and bathrooms on the first floor and in the loft. In the garden there is also a table & chairs and wooden bench.
