I am subletting my double room, to Females Only, for little over 2months, as I am not moving in until 11th May! £870 per month, to be adjusted accordingly for stays above 2months. No deposit required, just please vacate the room by 10May, as I'll be moving on 11th.
It's a 3bed flat, with a separate 4rth small study/wfh office, separate living room and kitchen! There are two balconies, brand new washing machine, dishwasher. Bathroom is very spacious and warm, bathtub is massive!
The flat is occupied by my two friends and a fluffy girl cat.
They would like someone who keeps the place clean, and is considerate at night re noise etc. You will have TV with Netflix and wi-fi available.
I have put a duvet and pillow in the bedroom, and spare sheets for you to wash and use.
It's ready to move in any day from today 15th February.
