N8 double room sublet - 1st July-12th August! :)

Hiya guys, I will be travelling a bit in a few months, so I am going to be subletting my double room in North London, to Females Preferably, for a little over a month!
£1000 for the full stay incl bills, No deposit required, just please vacate the room by 12th August :) 5mins from Hornsey train station (Zone 3), 10mins walk to the beautiful Alexandra Palace, which offers fab views over London's skyline at sunset. Plenty of other big parks nearby, offering outdoor festivals (music/art/food). Turnpike lane tube (Piccadilly line) is 12mins away. Wood green shopping mall is 15mins walk away. Plenty of 24/7 busses to and from Central London as well.

It's a 3bed flat, with a separate 4th small study/wfh office, separate living room and kitchen! There are two balconies, brand new washing machine, dishwasher. Bathroom is very spacious and has windows, bathtub is massive!
The flat is occupied by my two friends and a fluffy girl cat.

They would like someone who keeps the place clean, and is considerate at night re noise etc. There is a TV with Netflix in the living room and wi-fi is available.
The room comes furnished with a duvet, pillows, spare sheets, a wardrobe, 2chest of drawers.
