Ideally seeking a flatmate for Monday to Friday only (rent pro-rated). Please enquire. £800pcm is for full-week (Monday to Sunday) and includes all bills.

The apartment is within a small modern apartment block with free use of onsite gym, sauna and steam room, plus 24/7 concierge.

The room comes with access to kitchen/sitting room, washer/dryer, iron and board, and access to a large west and north facing balcony with additional dining table and chairs.

Hornsey Station is 8 mins walk (20 mins to Moorgate direct), and Turnpike Lane Station (Piccadilly Line) is 15 mins from the apartment. Also within 5-15 minutes walk are Hornsey High Street, Ally Pally, Wood Green, and Crouch End Broadway.
