Beautiful Double Bedroom in spacious Hornsey Flat

I am looking for someone to replace me in my tenancy with my current flatmate. We have lived here for 2 years and sadly my time in London has come to end as I move away.

We have had an absolute blast in this maisonette. The property itself is super spacious with lots of storage throughout. My room has a double bedroom, wardrobe and chest of drawers plus a built in cupboard that comes with the flat plus I comfortably put a desk in to work from home. The rest of the flat is beautiful with the exposed brick kitchen and ridiculously large living room as standout features.

The location is amazing! 7 mins from Turnpike Lane and 5 mins from Hornsey station which gets you into central london in 20 minutes. You have Crouch End on your doorstep if you’re into restaurants, craft beers and cocktail bars. Wood Green mall is just up the road for a spot of shopping and trips to the cinema. Plus we are surrounded by parks like Ally Pally and Finsbury Park if you enjoy being out in nature.

My flatmate is so lovely and we socialise a lot together but also really good at giving each other space when needed. She is outgoing and loves both wholesome activities and has recently started up salsa classes.
