Seeking third flatmate in north London girls flat

Hello! Since 2023 we’ve been living in our beautiful 3 bed / 2 bath flat in Hornsey and looking to fill the third room. The flat is a large, bright sanctuary space with lots of windows, plants and colour. The room is large and has a lovely view of the trees, although also acoustics from the train can be heard with windows open. Furniture in the room is available to buy at a large discount, or can be sold elsewhere!

We love to lounge / watch TV when in together, but also have quite independent lives so respect each other’s space. We both like to cook and stay healthy, and cultivate an emotional aware environment at home. We also have relatively active social lives enjoying what London has to offer. Looking for someone with similar values to share the space with. We both WFH often, so ideally looking for someone who is mostly in-person to avoid crowding.

Our current flatmate is moving out on October 31st so ideal if the room could be taken up from that point.
