2 double rooms available in a Hornsey Flat

There are two double bedrooms available in a spacious top floor Hornsey flat!
The flat is technically a 4 bed but one of the rooms is way too small so ideally a couple would would make a great option.
The rooms will come with basic furnishing like wardrobes and drawers but neither of them are en-suites.

There are two shared bathrooms, a big living room, a big kitchen and a small study room. There is also a garden shared between the whole building.
The bills are not included and council tax is £206 a month.

The flat is located along Hornsey High street within short walking distance of Hornsey station which takes you to Finsbury Park and all the way to Moorgate. You can also get the bus to Turnpike Lane for the Piccadilly line.

My previous housemates have moved out to buy a house so I am the only remaining tenant! I work for an environmental charity running practical conservation sessions. In my downtime I enjoy reading, watching TV, playing video games or boardgames and playing sports like football. I also enjoy going to the local pubs with friends!
