Two Double Bedrooms in Hornsey Home with Terrace

Two double rooms going in a beautiful 3 bedroom flat in Hornsey as the current housemates (a couple) are getting their own place. I am looking for people who can take over their rooms from the 17th of August.

The house gets lots of natural light and is super spacious, spread across multiple floors. On the first floor you have a large kitchen (with dishwasher, two fridges, and lots of storage), lounge, bathroom and the small double bedroom (£790). On the top floor are two bedrooms. One of these are mine and the other larger room (£890) could be yours. The larger room has built in closets and views of the nearby clock tower. The house also has a great terrace with a view of Alexandra Palace. Many a BBQs and sunsets can be enjoyed here :)

It has good transport links. Hornsey train station is a 10min walk away and Wood Green underground (Picadilly line) is a 15min walk. You can also catch a bus to Finsbury Park station (Victoria Line).

There are also some lovely green spaces nearby. Priory park is just 7 mins away and Alexandra Palace is within easy walking distance.

You will be living with me - Jess (33, f, from NZ). I'm a friendly person, fairly relaxed, and often down for a chat. I'm out and about quite often (seeing friends, at the sauna, going for walks, hanging in parks) but also like to enjoy chilling at the house, cooking a nice meal, reading a book, watching a show, etc. Really keen to have a nice homely atmosphere and looking to live with people who want the same. I'm a researcher and do both wfh and going into the office. Ideally looking for someone who has similar working patterns or works from the office most of the time.

Small Room: Rent is £790 + Bills (around £150 including elec, gas, council tax, water, internet)

Large Room: Rent is £890 + Bills (around £150 including elec, gas, council tax, water, internet)

Both rooms are unfurnished, however more than happy to sell some of the furniture in the pictures.
