Hi,

As I am moving countries, I am looking for someone to take over my double room in a spacious, bright flat that is situated less than 5 mins walk to Hornsey Station and around 15 mins walk to Turnpike Lane Station (TfL Zone 3).

The room comes with a double bed, a night stand and a wardrobe that is offered at a reduced price. There is a fourth spare room in the flat which is ideal for working from home, along with ultrafast Wi-Fi across the flat.

The living room is spacious and bright, comes with a dining area and a TV section. The kitchen offers all main amenities, including a big fridge, an oven, a brand-new washing machine and a dishwasher.

There are also a good-sized bathroom and two balconies in the flat. There is private parking available right outside the building.

Bills are around £100-£140/month per person.

You would be sharing the flat with two other girls in their early 30s and a quiet fluffy cat.

The current tenants are looking for a professional female who is tidy, organised and friendly.

The room is available from 16 August.
