Are you looking for a sociable, clean house with friendly housemates? We have the house for you!

It’s a lovely 4 bed 2 bath house near Crouch End with great transport links - less than 8 minutes walk to the Piccadilly (Turnpike Lane or Wood Green) and Great Northern (Hornsey) lines. There’s a huge kitchen and dining area, a washer and dryer, separate lounge, and large garden with a bbq. The room is a very large double with a bed, two wardrobes, a dresser, and space for a desk. You’d be sharing the large upstairs bathroom with two girls. Rent is £910 and bills are around £100/person.

You will be living with me (25, charity worker), Ryan (32, construction manager), and Julia (29, lab technician).

It’s a friendly household and we want someone who is open to the same. We enjoy a house bbq or quiz night, watching sport, or movie nights on the couch, but also respect each other’s space. It’s important to us to keep the house feeling like a home.

You’d join the lease from October 7 (can be semi flexible).

Must be progressive and LGBTQ+ friendly. No pets please (allergies). No smoking in the house.
